1. Can you customize the gift basket based on budget and theme?
Yes. Many of our baskets and gifts can be
customized to almost any theme, interest, and
budget. We will work with you to make sure your
gift is impressive, personalized, and within
your budget. For example, we fill requests for
golf gift baskets, fly fishing gift baskets,
lavender gift baskets, and "welcome to your new
home" gift baskets. We often receive custom
requests for gift baskets such as, poker night,
Barbie gift basket, Healthy snack gift basket,
vacation basket, and many more which we are
delighted to design.
2. Do you deliver locally and ship nationwide?
Yes. Local delivery and nationwide shipping services are available.
3. Do you do company presentations?
Yes. Presentations can be arranged at your
office. Business of Baskets is equipped to take
large gift orders for your company functions,
events, and holiday gifting.
4. Can you include my company's promotional products in the gift?
Yes. On request, stylish gifts can be designed
to include your company products such as mugs,
pens, brochures, business cards, etc.
5. Do you have a storefront?
No. We have a studio but we are happy to
schedule meetings at your office or a convenient
location.
6. Can you email a picture of a custom gift
basket that is not on the website?
Yes. If we design a gift for you that is not on
the website, we are happy to email you a picture
of the gift.
7. Can you brand my company logo and/or personal
message on your gifts?
Yes. We have a few items that can have your logo
and a message on them. Please contact us for
more information about quantity and pricing.
8. Can we get personalized ribbon with our
company's name and logo imprinted on it with our
company colors?
Yes. This adds a fabulous touch to your
corporate gift! We can order your personalized
company ribbon with your logo and company
colors. Please call us for information.
9. If I would like to add items that you do not
carry, such as a book or CD, will you shop for
it and put it in the gift?
Yes. There is a shopping fee, but we are happy
to incorporate it in the gift if we can locate
the item in the near vicinity. During the
holidays, due to the busy season this service
may not be available. Please call us and we will
be happy to discuss it with you.
10. Do you have any references?
Yes. Please take a look at our testimonial page
on our website. Additional references are
available.
11. Is there a minimum dollar amount per order?
If you check the website, you will see there are
a variety of price points. Some individual items
start around $15 and our gift baskets start
around $35. Keep in mind most of our items can
be customized to your budget request.
12. Do you do welcome gifts for guests at
anniversary, weddings, baby shower, birthdays,
or graduation parties?
Yes. We can design and work with you on any
ideas for your special occasion!
13. Do you offer employee appreciation gifts,
corporate dinner gifts, corporate holiday party
gifts, and welcome gifts to await VIP visitors
to Arizona at their hotel?
Yes. For your corporate dinner functions,
Business of Baskets can have very impressive,
sophisticated gifts ready at the table to
welcome your guests. Also, whenever you have a
special client traveling to Arizona on business,
we can have a gorgeous gift waiting for them at
their hotel.
14. For holiday gifting how soon in advance
should I place my order?
For individual orders, there is no need to plan
far in advance. If you are considering gifts for
a number of clients, we often start
meeting/discussing your holiday gift needs in
September and October. Please call for more
information.
15. How would people best describe your gift
baskets?
Business of Baskets repeatedly receives the
following feedback; all of the food products
taste great; the designer cellophane, ribbons,
bows, and enhancements are always beautiful and
classy; the baskets are creatively designed and
impress the recipients; the gifts are priced
fairly; and the service is first class.
16. Can you include liquor of any kind in your
gift baskets?
No. However, we have gorgeous vineyard gift
baskets and picnic baskets with a wine and
cheese theme. We are happy to include a gift
certificate to a wine store so the recipient can
choose the wine of his/her choice.
17. Do you do procurement/fulfillment gifting
(Take a company's products and design a gift
basket using just those products)?
Yes. We do a lot of procurement gifts. We price
your company's gift basket based on our
materials used (basket/container, designer
cellophane, ribbons, enhancements) and labor.
Please call for information.
18. Do you attach gift tags?
Yes. We include a gift tag with your
personalizes message. Please keep message 20
words or less.
19. What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
20. Do you offer volume discounts?
Business of Baskets takes pride in our quality
products and service. We are more than happy to
discuss possible discounts on certain items
ordered in large quantities. To better serve
you, Business of Baskets customizes our gifts
based on your budget and desired theme in order
to impress the recipient and make you look
